An agent left alone drifts
OpenClaw moves quickly — updates land often, channels change their APIs, and a gateway that has not been touched for two months usually shows it. The other risk is quieter: an agent left running without limits can quietly spend real money on model calls.
What is included
Updates to OpenClaw and the underlying server with security patches applied promptly, monitoring of the gateway and of every connected channel, backup checks for the agent's workspace and memory, review of the access rules, and up to two hours of changes per calendar month — new skills, adjusted instructions, an extra channel. Unused hours do not carry over; anything beyond is agreed in advance.
Keeping the model spend honest
Each month we review what the assistant actually cost to run, check it against the limits we set at deployment, and tell you if a cheaper model would do the same job. Published cases of unmonitored agents running up hundreds of pounds a month are not a reason to avoid the technology — they are a reason to watch it.
Terms
£195 per month, billed monthly in advance, cancel with one month’s notice. Required on our Managed VPS, optional on your own device. Support is remote, during our hours (Monday to Friday 9:00–18:00, Saturday 10:00–17:00 London time, excluding English public holidays); a site visit, if one is genuinely needed, is charged at the rate for your area. No VAT is charged — we are not VAT-registered. If we become VAT-registered, VAT at the applicable rate will be added from that date.
