Managed business email
Email on your company’s domains — on a separate server, with backups and technical support. Handy for a business with several brands: different domains and addresses in one system, with no licence to pay for each mailbox.
What we do
We install and run the server and look after its monitoring, updates and backups. We set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC so that receiving servers can check your messages are really from you; DMARC is tightened step by step.

Both plans include updates, monitoring and daily encrypted backups in separate storage in the EU, kept for 30 days. Support hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 London time. Extra storage: +50 GB for £10 a month.
12-month agreement. Set-up £295 — free if you pay for the year in advance. Set-up includes moving up to 5 IMAP mailboxes of up to 10 GB.
No VAT is charged — we are not VAT-registered. If we become VAT-registered, VAT at the applicable rate will be added from that date.
Moving from your current email, and Odoo
We move your existing mail: up to 5 mailboxes are included in the set-up. Moving more than 5 mailboxes and Odoo set-up are quoted before we start; help for users is charged at our hourly rate.
If you work in Odoo, each brand sends from its own address and customer replies go straight into the right support request.
