Remote IT support for your team, anywhere in the UK
Most IT problems do not need anyone to travel. We connect securely to the computer, see what your colleague sees, and fix it while they carry on with their day. If a problem genuinely needs hands on the hardware, we will say so rather than charge for a session that cannot succeed.

How a session works
Your colleague starts it
They run a small tool and read us a code. Nothing is installed permanently and nothing runs in the background afterwards.
You see everything
The screen stays visible throughout and the session can be ended at any moment.
We write it down
What was wrong and what we changed goes into your documentation, so the next person is not starting from scratch.
Remote onboarding for new staff
A new starter working from home should not lose their first morning to setup. We prepare the account, licences, email, security and access in advance, and walk them through the first login when they switch the laptop on. The same applies in reverse when somebody leaves: access is removed the same day, and their mailbox and files are handled the way you ask.
Where we work
Remote support covers the whole of the United Kingdom — it makes no difference whether your team sits in one office, in three, or at home. Onsite visits are available in London and within the M25, and further afield by agreement.
Support hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm; Saturday, 10am–5pm. We aim to respond to every request the same working day.
