A note on backup
Microsoft protects its service, not your data. Deleted mail and files are recoverable only for a limited period, and that period is shorter than most business owners expect. If your business needs longer retention — for compliance, for a dispute, or simply because someone deleted a folder three months ago — that requires a separate backup. We can set it up and monitor it.
