Businesses of roughly five to fifty users that depend on their IT every working day and would rather pay a predictable monthly amount than an unpredictable hourly bill. It works particularly well for companies with no internal IT department, and for those with one IT person who needs cover and a second opinion.

What is not included
These are quoted separately so that the monthly figure stays honest:
Hardware, software and licence costs
Projects: office moves, server migrations, new site builds
Out-of-hours work unless agreed in advance
Onsite visits beyond the agreed allowance
Third-party contracts we manage on your behalf
Unlimited remote support under fair use: day-to-day help for your users and systems is included. Project work, migrations and out-of-hours work are quoted separately.

Support hours
Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm.
Saturday, 10am–5pm.

We aim to respond to every request the same working day.
Price
£45 per user per month for cloud-only businesses, £60 per user per month if you run your own servers. Minimum £300 per month, minimum term 12 months.
How onboarding works
Week 1
Discovery call and IT health check: devices, Microsoft 365, servers, backups.
Week 1–2
Monitoring and protection deployed, documentation started, access agreed.
Week 2
Your team is told how to reach us, and we introduce ourselves properly.
Ongoing
Day-to-day support, monthly checks, regular reviews of what could be better.
