A free IT health check
We look at your devices, your Microsoft 365 tenant, your servers and your backups, and write down what we find. You get the document whether or not you decide to work with us.
We agree the scope of the check in advance.
What we look at
Devices and users
How many machines are in use, what they are running, which are out of support, whether updates are actually being applied, and what protection is on them.
Microsoft 365
Licences matched to current staff; accounts without multi-factor authentication, leavers who still have access, mail flow and anti-spoofing records for your domain.
Servers and network
Disk and storage health, services that have stopped, updates deferred, how remote access is set up, and what happens if the main server fails.
Backups
What is backed up, how often and where it is kept, whether backup is set up and when the last successful backup was made. A test restore is not part of the free check.
What you get
A short written report: what needs attention now, what should be planned and what is working fine. For each problem we found, we set out the risk and the recommended action. The report is yours whether or not you go on to work with us.

Fill in the form with roughly how many people and servers you have.
STEP 2
A short questionnaire
We send you a few written questions about your setup, so we know what to look at.
STEP 3
The check itself
Done remotely. Any changes to settings and fixing the problems we find are agreed separately.
STEP 4
The report
Sent to you in writing, and we are happy to answer questions in writing or on a call if you ask for one.
Free check: scope and limits
The free check is designed for businesses of up to 50 people; larger or more complex setups are quoted separately.
It is also not a penetration test and not a formal security audit. It is a review of the state of things by people who fix them for a living.
An on-site visit is not part of the free check and is quoted separately.
