Your own cloud, on your own server

Nextcloud gives you file storage and sharing, calendars, contacts and collaborative documents on hardware you control — the convenience of a commercial cloud without paying per user per month, and without your files living on somebody else's terms of service.

What the deployment includes

Installation on your own server or on a managed VPS from us, SSL with automatic renewal, user accounts and groups, a folder structure that matches how your team actually works, quotas and sharing rules, desktop clients for Windows and macOS and mobile apps for iOS and Android, plus a handover walkthrough for the people who will use it.

Moving what you already have

We can bring across existing files from Dropbox, Google Drive or a network share, keeping the folder structure intact. Very large volumes take longer and we will agree the timing with you.

Afterwards

Nextcloud needs updating like anything else. Our maintenance contract covers that, or you can look after it yourself — either way you will have the documentation to do so.

It has to live somewhere: an Umbrel Home on your own network, or a managed VPS from us. Keep it updated and backed up with the maintenance contract.
