How it works
The week starts with your first question, as long as you ask it within 30 days of payment. Over 7 days you can ask up to 5 questions on WhatsApp +44 7441 913014. Questions received on a working day before 16:00 London time are answered the same day; questions received later or on a non-working day are answered the next working day (Mon–Fri 9–18, Sat 10–17 London time, excluding public holidays in England).
What counts as one question
One topic, for example how to set up your email or how to move photos from your phone. Follow-up questions on the same topic are included.

Your first week of questions is £30. Ask us for the code when you collect your device.
If it turns into a repair
If the answer needs work on your device, we tell you the price first and only go ahead with your agreement.
We answer in English, Russian or Lithuanian.
No VAT is charged — we are not VAT-registered. If we become VAT-registered, VAT at the applicable rate will be added from that date.
