Connecting it to your system. Not every business runs Odoo, and not every system has an API — so the work differs, and so does the price:
- No integration — menu, FAQ, request forms; answers go to your email, a spreadsheet or a Telegram group. Works with any business.
- No-code connector (Make, Zapier or n8n) — for cloud CRM, mail, spreadsheets and stock systems. We can host n8n on our VPS so you pay no platform subscription.
- API integration — Odoo, HubSpot or anything with a REST API: the customer is linked to their record, the bot answers from their own data and sends notifications on events.
- System without an API (old accounting software, local databases, exports only) — file or email exchange on a schedule. From £950, by written estimate: here we can promise updates every few minutes, not instant answers.
Before we quote, we run a paid Bot Discovery & Scoping (£150, credited against the project): we look at your system, the access available and the scenarios you need, then give you a fixed estimate.
Telegram itself charges nothing — no per-message fees, no monthly API cost. Ongoing care is a separate monthly plan.
