Telegram Bot Care — Monthly Support

We keep your Telegram bot alive so you do not have to think about it.

Standard — £95/month

• Monitoring: the bot is running, errors in the log are seen and fixed.
• Updates of the runtime and libraries, security patches.
• Up to three small edits a month — texts, buttons, links, prices in the menu.
• A short report once a month.

Extended — £195/month

• Everything in Standard, plus up to two hours of changes a month — new steps in a scenario, extra fields, changes after your system is updated.
• Priority response (we do not promise a specific response time).
• One bot hosted on our shared bot server, with backup of the bot's data and settings — no separate hosting charge. Expected load and resources are agreed before we confirm the price; if more is needed, a Managed VPS on its own terms plus Care £95.

Work beyond the included limit is charged at £85 per hour during support hours and always agreed in advance; outside support hours — £150 per hour, minimum one hour, then in 30-minute steps, once agreed and if we can connect. New integrations and new scenarios are quoted as a project. External payments (a no-code platform, an AI model) are separate.

Unused allowance is not carried over. The plan runs month to month; cancel with one month’s notice. No VAT is charged — we are not VAT-registered. If we become VAT-registered, VAT at the applicable rate will be added from that date.
