Odoo help when you need it
Ad-hoc work on an existing Odoo database, billed by the hour, with no contract and no minimum term. Configuration changes, fixing something that has stopped behaving, new reports, custom fields and views, imports and exports, automations, integrations with other systems, and development when the standard functionality genuinely does not cover the case.
How it works
Tell us what you need. We estimate the hours before starting, do the work on a test database where the change is risky, and show you the result before it goes live. You are billed for the time actually spent, in units of one hour.
Where and when
Remote, worldwide — Odoo Online, Odoo.sh or a self-hosted installation. Our hours are Monday to Friday 9:00–18:00 and Saturday 10:00–17:00 UK time; urgent work outside those hours is charged at double rate.
If you need us regularly
For anything more than the occasional request, our monthly Odoo Care plan works out cheaper and gives you priority.
