Odoo can run a whole business, which is exactly why an implementation that begins without a plan tends to drift. Discovery is a structured look at how your company actually works today — sales, purchasing, stock, invoicing, projects, staff — and what it should look like in Odoo.

What we do

We interview the people who do the work, map your current processes, review the data you would need to bring across, and identify the places where Odoo will need configuring rather than accepting the defaults.

What you receive

A written report: recommended modules and why, a data migration plan, the process changes worth making, a realistic timeline, and a fixed quote for the implementation. We walk you through it on a video call and answer questions afterwards.

The report is yours

It is written to be useful on its own. If you decide not to proceed with us, you keep the document and can take it to any Odoo partner.
