The service includes testing of key hardware components to identify faults, restoring operating system software and fixing system files, restoring and fixing device drivers, removing malware and unwanted software. We will advise you before reinstalling your operating system and offer to back up your data (e.g. documents, photos) for £50.00 for up to 200GB, then an additional £10 for every additional 100GB.
Repair labour: Windows £80, Apple £100, Linux £90 (priority 24-hour: £120 / £150 / £150). Parts are charged separately; we agree the full cost before the repair starts. Repairs are carried out in our own workshop; most are done in 2–3 working days. Diagnosis is £30, deducted from the repair if you go ahead. We will never delete your data without first asking if you need an additional data backup service.

We give a 12-month guarantee on most repairs. Some expensive parts — screens, logic boards and motherboards, batteries, and liquid-damage repairs — carry the supplier's 3-month guarantee. The guarantee covers the hardware repair we carry out. We tell you the terms and exclusions before work starts. This does not affect your statutory rights.
No VAT is charged — we are not VAT-registered. If we become VAT-registered, VAT at the applicable rate will be added from that date.
