What we can recover
Photographs, documents, email archives, accounts data and databases from working internal and external hard drives, SSDs, USB sticks and memory cards: deleted files and formatted or corrupted partitions.
What it costs
Recovery from a working, undamaged drive — deleted, formatted or logically damaged data — is £120. We do not offer recovery from failed or physically damaged drives.
If nothing can be recovered
Data recovery from a working drive — £120. Any charge if nothing can be recovered is agreed before work starts. Bring the drive in or post it to us; we will assess it and tell you honestly what the chances are before any work begins.
One piece of advice
Stop using the device as soon as you notice a problem. Every additional write reduces the chance of a clean recovery, and a drive that is making unusual noises should be switched off immediately.
No VAT is charged — we are not VAT-registered. If we become VAT-registered, VAT at the applicable rate will be added from that date.

If the drive still works and you simply want the data moved, data transfer and cloning is the cheaper service. Not sure which applies? Start with a diagnostic.
