What is included
Version updates, monitoring and repair of the application; questions from the people using it; restoring files and mailboxes; changes and settings on request; setting up new starters and removing leavers inside the application.
What is not included
Version migrations that change the data structure, development and customisation, and recovery after changes made by your own team. These are quoted before any work starts.
Terms
£75 per month, per application, billed monthly, no VAT added. The same price applies on your own server and on our Managed VPS, and matches the per-application line in our IT support pricing.
