Linux Server Setup
Installation and configuration of Linux servers (Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS): web and mail servers, file storage, backups, firewall and security hardening. For small businesses and home offices.
A server built properly, from the start
We install and configure Linux servers on Ubuntu, Debian or CentOS — on your own hardware, in a data centre or on a VPS. Web and mail servers, file storage and shared folders, databases, VPN access and backup targets for the rest of your network.
Security is part of the build, not an extra
Every server we hand over has a configured firewall, hardened SSH access with key authentication, automatic security updates, fail2ban against brute-force attempts, valid SSL certificates with automatic renewal, and a working backup with a restore we have tested in front of you.
What you receive
A running server, the administrative credentials, and a short written handover describing what is installed, where the data lives and how the backup works. You own the server and the access to it — we do not lock anything behind us.
Afterwards
Servers need looking after. We can keep yours updated and monitored under a monthly contract, or help on an ad-hoc basis when you need us. Either way the work is quoted before it starts.

No hardware of your own? We can run the same build on a managed VPS. Provisioning and migration of an existing server are covered by VPS setup and migration.
