Your conversations stay yours — there is no recording for anyone to listen to

Fieldy does not keep audio. Your phone sends it securely to Fieldy's speech recognition, it is turned into text and deleted straight away — no one can play it back, not even you. What remains is your transcript: encrypted, stored in your private Fieldy account until you delete it, and processed only by Fieldy's contracted service providers, who may not use it for anything else or to train AI. Fieldy never sells your data or uses it for advertising. You can delete any conversation or your whole account in the app at any time. Fieldy meets HIPAA requirements and uses SOC 2 certified data centres.

Fieldy 3 is a wearable AI note taker. It listens to the conversations you are in, writes them down as they happen, produces the summary afterwards and turns what was agreed into tasks and reminders. We use Fieldy ourselves at Pro Technologies every day.

Fieldy's own support is by email and in-app chat, in English only. We help in Russian, Lithuanian and English: ask us anything before you buy, and if you would like us to set Fieldy up for you — pairing, languages, your speaker profile and the phone settings that keep it syncing — that is our paid remote support.

The price covers the device itself. Delivery to you is charged separately and quoted with your order. Every device includes 150 transcription minutes a month at no charge; for unlimited use there is an optional Unlimited membership, bought inside the Fieldy app rather than from us — $15.99 a month billed yearly or $19.99 billed monthly. Most people set the device up themselves in a few minutes; if you would rather we did it, that is our paid remote support, charged in half-hour blocks.
