What is included in the server
The operating system and its updates, round-the-clock monitoring, daily backups with regular restore tests, basic hardening and security patches, a UK data centre and UK support.
The assistant is priced separately
The assistant itself is a separate project, not one of our standard application lines: deployment is £750 one-off remotely or £1,650 installed at your office, and ongoing care is £150 a month — updates, monitoring of every connected channel, backup checks. Any other application on this server follows the usual lines: £100 one-off to set it up if you are on a support contract with us, £150 if you are not, then £30 or £75 a month.
Terms
