How it works

The week starts with your first question. Over 7 days you can ask up to 5 questions on WhatsApp +44 7441 913014, and we reply in writing the same working day (Mon–Fri 9–18, Sat 10–17).

What counts as one question

One topic, for example how to set up your email or how to move photos from your phone. Follow-up questions on the same topic are included.

Your first week of questions is £30. Ask us for the code when you collect your device.

If it turns into a repair

If the answer needs work on your device, we tell you the price first and only go ahead with your agreement.

We answer in English, Russian or Lithuanian.
