When an engineer needs to come to you
For homes and single machines anywhere inside the M25 beyond our east London zone. Hardware that will not start, a laptop that needs collecting, wifi that dies in half the flat, a new computer to set up properly, or anything that simply cannot be sorted down a wire.
What the price covers
£200 covers the first two hours at your address, including travel. Further time is charged at £100 per hour. Inside Havering, Romford and the RM, IG and E postcodes the visit costs less — see our east London home visit.
Booking
Choose a slot on the booking page and pay in advance. Please give your full address and a short description of the problem so the engineer arrives with the right parts and tools.
Our hours
Monday to Friday 9:00–18:00 and Saturday 10:00–17:00. Work outside those hours is by prior arrangement and charged at double rate.
