An engineer at your premises

For businesses anywhere inside the M25 beyond our east London zone. Network faults and cabling, switches, routers and access points, servers and NAS units, printers and point-of-sale hardware, office moves and new workstation roll-outs — the work that genuinely needs somebody on site.

What the price covers

£230 covers the first two hours at your premises, including travel. Further time is charged at £100 per hour. In Havering, Romford and the RM, IG and E postcodes the same visit costs less — see our east London on-site support.

We start remotely where we can

Many business problems are solved the same hour without a visit, and that costs you less. If remote work will not do it, the visit is booked and the time already spent is taken into account.

Our hours

Monday to Friday 9:00–18:00 and Saturday 10:00–17:00. Attendance outside those hours is arranged in advance and charged at double rate.
