What we can recover
Photographs, documents, email archives, accounts data and databases from internal and external hard drives, SSDs, USB sticks and memory cards. Deleted files, formatted or corrupted partitions, failed RAID volumes and drives that are no longer recognised by the computer.
Standard and advanced recovery
Recovery from a drive that still works — deleted, formatted or logically damaged data — starts at £100. Recovery from a failed or physically damaged drive is far more involved and starts at £250. Drives needing clean-room work are quoted separately once we have inspected them, and nothing is sent away without your agreement.
No data — no fee
If we cannot recover your data, you do not pay the recovery fee. Bring the drive in or post it to us; we will assess it and tell you honestly what the chances are before any work begins.
One piece of advice
Stop using the device as soon as you notice a problem. Every additional write reduces the chance of a clean recovery, and a drive that is making unusual noises should be switched off immediately.
