Who it is for

Service companies with 1–20 people in the UK: IT support, cleaning, plumbers, electricians and gas engineers, repairs, consultants and agencies.

How a job runs

  1. Enquiry. From your website, WhatsApp or email, straight into Odoo.
  2. Booking. The customer picks a time on your website and pays a deposit.
  3. Visit. The engineer sees the job in the calendar and on the visit list.
  4. Signature. The customer signs for the work on the engineer’s phone or tablet.
  5. Invoice and payment. The invoice goes out and is paid online.
  6. Contract. Regular customers move to a monthly plan or a service contract.
  7. Review. After the job, the customer is asked for a review.

  • UK setup. HSBC, Wise and Revolut bank formats, reconciliation rules and a UK chart of accounts.
  • Bank statement import. PayPal CSV with gross and fees kept separate, statements in bank order, matching by invoice number.
  • UK VAT return (boxes 1–9). Direct MTD filing to HMRC is in development.
  • Subscriptions. Renewals paid from the customer’s wallet, reminders and closing for non-payment, lifecycle emails, limits for a subscription shop.
  • Helpdesk. Customer emails in English, Russian and Lithuanian; duplicate tickets merged.
  • Review requests after the job.
  • Default lead owner. Every new enquiry gets a salesperson.
  • WhatsApp in Discuss — paid add-on: £395 set-up, £95 for each extra number. The demo shows a sample conversation, not a live number.
