When an engineer needs to be on site
Most business problems are solved faster remotely, and that is where we normally start. An on-site visit is for work that genuinely needs hands on the equipment: network faults and cabling, switches, routers and access points, servers and NAS units, printers and point-of-sale hardware, office moves and new workstation roll-outs.
How the visit is charged
The first two hours are charged as a minimum call-out. In east London — Havering, Romford and the RM, IG and E postcodes — the minimum is £180. Everywhere else inside the M25 the minimum is £230, which covers the additional travel time. Beyond the M25 we quote on request. Further time is charged at £100 per hour.
Our working hours
Monday to Friday 9:00–18:00 and Saturday 10:00–17:00. We can also attend outside those hours by prior arrangement; that work is charged at double the standard rate.
Booking a visit
Choose the appointment type for your area on our booking page, or get in touch and we will confirm the first available engineer.
